Hey girls! This blog is awesome! And hilarious! As a first time author I'm kind of freaking out!... Okay I'm alright now! So I have a couple questions for all y'all. You know how I'm not going to be here most of this summer, well first question is more of a request, please don't forget I exist!! I had a horrible dream that I came back and no one remembered my name! The second one is an actual question. But first, backstory! So I'm going to Fiji, yeah? So the first two days we will actually not be on the main island but an outlying island that has a village we will be going to. There is a school and an orphanage that we will be working in and I am so excited! They have asked to bring one childrens book and school supplies. My grandma, the great lady she is, petetioned them so we get to bring TWO extra suitcases full! So here is my question, would any of you want to send a book or school supplies(not any paper, but like crayons or markers etc.) to little cutie pies in Fiji?! If any of you want to send anything just let me know and I can pick the stuff up from you! You guys are the greatest! (sorry this post is so long and lacking a picture but I'm not sure how to do that kind of stuff!)

So, I dunno. I guess I don't know how to use the new blogger because I tried to post a video to my blog, but it posted to this blog. And I was all mad because I thought blogger had deleted the post.... but I actually found it here. Hm. I still love technology, but not as much as you, you see.

Day 1: ARISE

It is May... and school ends soon, and Prom was yesterday, and life is sweet, so I feel like sharing. I sincerely hope you don't get sick of me talking about music, but it really is so important to me and makes me feel so good. So to honor how wonderful life is, we are having a 12 Days of GOOD Music fiesta. I will try to post a variety and get all of my favorite bands, so maybe you will find something you like. Today, being the Sabbath, I wanted to share this amazing song.

It is called Arise. I love the constant beat and claps and that beautiful black man's voice. It is inspirational AND cool. I listen to this song at least once every day.

I found this picture today, and it brought back great memories. These cool people helped with a food drive, and even Sydney's asian baby came along! Because we ALL know Sydeny is asian....
